I'll tell you what, this company will never fail to amaze me. Even their support administrators can't give a simple reply to an email saying they have received it and are looking into it.

What an exit interview this whole event has been with my experiences. Don't expect much from them if you ever decide to purchase anything from Alienware.

I've forwarded your info to my friend, you should be hearing from him shortly.

I truly hope you can rectify this situation, because as you can see, I'm quite upset considering i actually recommended you guys to him in the first place. And, given his experience, I'm just glad i made it through my 2 year warranty period unscathed .

Let me introduce myself. My name is Steve and I am the forums Administrator for Alienware. I came across your post and I have to say I'm sorry to hear about the trouble your friend have been having with his system and our service. It is not typical of the Alienware experience and I would like to do what I can to make this right. Please have him E-mail his account information to my address at Steve_lopez@alienware.com and I will see what I can do to help him out.

Best Regards,
