Sourcegear just published the 1.1 beta this week which supports integration with 2008. The client is backwards compatible with fortress server v1.0.5, which mean no server upgrade until the final release!

So I sent Steve Lopez an email at the address stated in his message and I have yet to hear back. My email was sent on November 15, 2007, it is now November 28, 2007.

I'll tell you what, this company will never fail to amaze me. Even their support administrators can't give a simple reply to an email saying they have received it and are looking into it.

What an exit interview this whole event has been with my experiences. Don't expect much from them if you ever decide to purchase anything from Alienware.

I've forwarded your info to my friend, you should be hearing from him shortly.

I truly hope you can rectify this situation, because as you can see, I'm quite upset considering i actually recommended you guys to him in the first place. And, given his experience, I'm just glad i made it through my 2 year warranty period unscathed .
